Online Coaching for Stress and Anxiety is more action-oriented than traditional talk therapy. Unlike talk therapy, Online Coaching is not about processing the past, or healing emotional wounds. It cannot be used for Major Depression or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. However, it is an excellent choice for people who want to rapidly and significantly reduce their stress and anxiety in just a few sessions. We find the technique that works for you, and you are empowered to reduce your stress and anxiety for the rest of your life.
During Online Coaching for Stress and Anxiety, I present you with a choice of five different anxiety reduction tools, and together we select one or more for me to teach you. After using the technique on your own for a week, we discuss your progress, and, if necessary, modify the technique. We may also choose an additional technique for you to use.
Online coaching is conducted via an encrypted video conferencing line designed for counselors.
